The Role:

As a Marketing Executive for Energea, you will play a key role in the ideation and implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and grow our audience, including developing end-to-end campaigns across both online and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing plans, including strategies for branding, awareness and product launches

• Plan and execute content pillars and calendars for social media and digital platforms

• Build the brand community through engagement and management of external agencies, KOLs, influencers and content creators

• Develop through-the-line integrated campaigns and activation, on both online and offline channels

• Manage the assigned marketing budgets across the different channels

• Liaise with strategic international business partners to build on branding and awareness efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing fields

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, including advertising and promotions

• Basic understanding of performance marketing (SEO, SEM, etc.)

• Strong understanding of social media tools

• Familiarity with Shopify platform and a strong understanding of consumer tech accessories are a plus

Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales lead, strong hunter ability and able to understand customer requirement.
• Develop and manage a range of IT and IP network enterprise solutions direct to end customer.
• To penetrate and develop in major verticals such as Government, Transportation, Education or Healthcare.
• Collaborate and maintain strong partnership relation with existing customers, vendors/partners as well as corporate business units.

Requirements:

• Solid experience and Sales track record in relevant industry. Specific experience in enterprise network such as wire or wireless, IT Storage and / or Network Security.
• Excellent communication, good interpersonal skill, and effective time management.
• Excellent in presentation, confidence and result driven with high level of integrity/ High attention to detail with strong organization and personal skills.
• A proven self-starter with a strong sense of what need to be done, a highly motivated who is hungry to win, always looking to push your own limit.
• Right candidate is probably a Poly/ degree level with min 3- 5 years professional sales experience in sales/client relations in IP and IT network solutions.
• For those without IT sales experience but with very strong customer relationships in other verticals such as Data Centres, Commercial and/or SME are welcome to apply.

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

An Assistant project manager/Project coordinator oversees different initiatives or projects of a business, monitors their progress and completion, and ensures that they meet the expectations of the clients.

• Project planning, risk management, and supporting of project coordination.
• Reporting on the schedule progress, project budget, spending and milestone.
• Schedule and take lead of meeting or scrum, recording meeting minutes and follow up.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Multitask, oversee several projects, time management, dependable, good communicator, and able to identify the gaps/issues and fix the gaps/issues.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of IT field is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management & proficient in MS Project;
• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
• Sound communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of formal project management methodologies.

REQUIRED SKILL-SET

• Team player attitude with good inter-personal and client management skills;

· Decisive with the ability to multi-task

· Knowledge of IT Fields such as IT systems, infrastructure, and virtualization is a plus.

· PMP certification is a plus.

· Overseas travelling may be needed and regional experience with SEA countries is a plus.
