This role manages the development of automated solutions for parcel Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) processes to meet SingPost’s operational and business needs. He/she will be the key member in driving the full-scale deployment of the products/solutions through development phase to deployment phase to operation & support phase. He/she will provide the vision and direction to the product development team in alignment with SingPost’s business objectives.

Product/Solution Development

• Drive product ideation, conceptualization, value proposition and product roadmaps
• Lead in multiple initiatives from product/solution prototyping to implementation and deployment of parcel Pick-Up and Drop-Off (PUDO) product/solution
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with industrial partners
