Casa Concetto is seeking a competent, data-driven and analytical Digital Marketing
Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through strategic
digital marketing initiatives. You will be a master of multiple disciplines, crafting compelling
content (based on data and audience insights), optimising campaigns for maximum reach,
and analysing data to ensure every online effort fuels sales success.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO,
SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid
advertising platforms to drive traffic to our website, www.casaconcetto.sg, and target
our ideal audience of homeowners and design professionals interested in high-quality
furniture and home decor.
2. Content Marketing:
Ā· Create data-driven and audience-focused content (website copy, blog posts, social media posts, etc.) optimized for search engines.
Ā· Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
3. SEO & SEM:
Ā· Implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking in search engines and drive organic traffic.
Ā· Manage and optimize paid search advertising campaigns (PPC) to generate qualified leads and conversions.
4. Social Media Management:
Ā· Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to build brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
Ā· Create compelling visuals (graphics, videos) tailored for each social media platform.
5. Email Marketing:
Ā· Craft targeted email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotions) to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.
Ā· Analyse email marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
6. Data Analytics:
Ā· Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user
behavior, and campaign performance.
Ā· Generate insightful reports and translate data into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
7. Campaign Management:
Ā· Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budget constraints.
Ā· A/B test different approaches to optimize campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
8. Competitive Research & Market Trends:
Ā· Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Qualifications:
ā Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
ā 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success in generating revenue through online channels.
ā Strong understanding of SEO principles, PPC advertising techniques, and social media marketing best practices.
ā Excellent content creation and copywriting skills (focused on clarity and information delivery).
