The Role

The APAC project management team is looking for a dedicated client-side Project Manager. This is an exciting role within Bloomberg and offers scope for further professional development. In this role you will need to have a high degree of professional knowledge managing a broad spectrum of internal and external stakeholders and partners. • A broad understanding and depth of knowledge across the various subject areas and topics encountered on an office design and construction project
• Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, MS Project, or similar industry project management and scheduling software
• Experience in reading drawings and specifications including architectural, structural, MEP, and IT/Comm
• Experience in establishing contracts for consulting and construction services, understanding of the various contracting methods and right applications for each method
