• Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in healthcare, wellness, or related industries, with a strong focus on operations management. Experience in a public company setting is a plus.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving organizational change.

• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

• Fundraising & Business Development: Experience in fundraising or investor relations is highly desirable. A strong network in the healthcare, wellness, or stem cell therapy industry is an advantage.

• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, P&L responsibility, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Hands-on & Results-Driven: Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach to driving business success.
