Job Purpose:

Responsible for overseeing the operational conduct of workshop staff and providing support to the Operations and Fleet Manager in managing day-to-day work activities efficiently. Responsibilities:

· Supervise servicemen, resolve conflicts, and handle administrative matters, including managing and enforcing employee discipline from the Fleet.
