Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.
• Proficient in English and Chinese as required to liaise with stakeholders from diverse geographical locations.

Remuneration and commission will commensurate with sales targets.

Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle talent acquisition activities.
• Manage the full-cycle payroll administration activities.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage HR administrative tasks across multiple functions.
• Manage and participate in talent engagement events.
• Maintain and update employee records in Info-tech system and personnel files.
• Collaborate closely with all internal and external stakeholders to drive business goals.
• Participate in all HR projects, audit and compliance activities.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned by the HR Manager and Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• 3 years of working experience in HR capacity, with strong focus in Talent acquisition and Payroll administration.
• Proficient with Singapore's statutory laws (e.g., Employment act, CPF act)
• Meticulous, organised, process-driven, detailed-oriented and operationally hands-on.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, as needed to liaise with counterparts.
• Proficient in Info-tech systems and HR related portals.
• Able to commit to a 3 months contract position.

Respond to any questions from guests and follow up with Japanese speaking guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction. Take and confirm reservations and cancellations. Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities. Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., spa services, transportation, religious services, babysitting, financial services, business center services, interpretation services, reservations, dry cleaning, entertainment/sporting events, shopping) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest requests.

Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures and set goals to continuously improve department performance. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings. Job Description:

• Analyze the applications of prospective students (local and aboard) based on admission policies.
• Responsible for all students’ status on their Student Pass application, appeal, issuance, costs incurred etc.
• Responsible for all Agent application, renewal and update of agent list as required under Skillfuture Guidance Documents.
• Familiar with Immigration Checkpoints & Authority (ICA) for application cases and handle the creation of SOLAR+ accounts.
• Provide support to recruitment team on preparation of admission documents and hosting student enquiries online and on-site.
• Participate in all student recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits and off-campus events.
• Maintain a database of student information, student feedbacks in order to generate student reports whenever required.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Student Recruitment & Admissions when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification, with 2 years of relevant working experience in an international private education setting.
• Possess positive attitude
• Highly organised, meticulous, able to prioritise and multitask.
