The Sponsorship Manager drives the organisation's sponsorship strategies and the portfolio of sponsorship events. He/She identifies and pursues potential sponsors after targeted research. He/She works closely with internal teams to plan partner and sponsor acquisition strategy, and manages the accounts of sponsors, serving as the point of contact between sponsors and the organisation.

He/She is persuasive and resourceful. He/She manages partner and sponsor relations to ensure all needs are attended to and to explore improvements to sponsorship agreements.

He/She travels frequently to maintain rapport with potential and existing clients, and networks widely to develop business relationships.

He/She must have existing network of clients that will be ready to sponsor a 6 months long mewatch program. The ability to create proposal that align with our content and program is key.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise-level/key strategic project management initiatives from Initiation through Closure.
• Build out a schedule that addresses all key project areas (tasks, resources, dependencies, estimates) while challenging common assumptions to deliver quality on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Able to identify when adjustments are needed to a project’s triple constraints (scope, cost, time) regardless of the PM methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) deployed.
• Identify risk/risks mitigation plan(s) and capture issues/plan, drive all necessary follow-through to minimize risks, and remove blockers.
• Leverage project documentation and lessons learned for future efforts.
• Provide thought leadership and advance the project management profession while continuing to grow in the knowledge of project management methodologies and leading practices.
• Develop and coach project team members so they understand what they are accountable for delivering and feel empowered to make the necessary decisions to deliver; provide adequate direction and support.
• Engage business stakeholders to apply PM principles to achieve their objectives and business drivers.
• Leverage organizational dynamics to influence outcomes through leadership and communication skills.
• Engage appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer or Information Science

• 10+ years of experience, with a proven history of scheduling, managing, leading, and delivering projects from inception to close; demonstrated ability to identify and motivate resources, with the right skillset, to deliver the project scope.

About the role: Reporting to the Eastern Hemisphere Network Manager & Global UC Service Manager.

• Ensures proper delivery of services within scope to the clients.
• Evaluate new or innovative technologies and architectures within our network.
• Help define network design for regional sites.
• Keep network documentation for sites updated.

• Network special projects for all sites globally, when requested and agreed/approved by:

1. Eastern Hemisphere Network Manager.
2. Global UC Service Manager.
3. Head – Global Build Operations.

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or Equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in support & implementation role on supporting large heterogeneous enterprise network infrastructure.
• Experience with ITIL methodology or structured IT best practice framework.
• Experience in working with onshore networks and networks for remote sites and offshore installations. Flexible attitude to working hours.
• Initiative and ability to multitask with multiple projects and work independently if necessary.
• Strong or excellent communication skills in English.
• Cisco certified level of CCNA.
• Experience with PowerShell.
• Experienced in creating and completing low-level documentation from high-level designs and taking this through to completion.
