- Ensure that quality and compliance are top of mind for all AP MAF staff and that AP MAF is always audit-ready

- Develop, simply and keep up to date regional SOPs, procedures and ensure MAF colleagues are well trained on them

- Support the regional MAF team in the event of an investigation, audit or inspection related to regional MAF activities and assist in the generation of CAPAs as required

- Liaise with global teams on global systems such as iMEDICAL Review and align on enhancements with global counterparts

- Ensure safety reporting requirements as set out in company policies and SOPs are updated, met and appropriately managed when planning and executing projects, developing materials and contracting with vendors

Qualifications

• University degree in health sciences, business or equivalent is required

• An advanced degree in science or business is preferred

• Business transformation, project management and/or process excellence skills are required

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in R&D, Medical Affairs, or a related function within the Pharmaceutical industries is required

• Fundamental knowledge of regulatory affairs, drug safety and pharmacovigilance, healthcare compliance, study planning and execution is expected

• Demonstrated strategic thinking and outstanding leadership skills are expected

• Ability to lead through change and motivate a diverse team
