JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Partnerships Senior Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the management of strategic partnership (SP) and its marketing initiatives for Thomson Medical Pte Ltd and its associated subsidiaries. • Identify areas of improvement to delight and elevate specialist/customer overall experience.
• Provide supportive role to hospital staff, i.e. corporate events, public talks, medical events (CME talks).
• Assist and deliver festive goods to doctors and clinic staff (e.g. Nurses' Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Mooncake festival).
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Reporting Officer and company from time to time based on the company's needs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience, relevant experience in healthcare and hospital services advantageous.
• Strong leadership communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical, with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, motivating and collaborating with other business department.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft and data analysis tools.
• Action orientated with ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast moving environment.
• Proactive attitude with good initiative.
