The ABU CMO is specifically accountable for the following:

A MASSEUR (MEDICAL) works closely with physicians to treat patients who are affected by pain, illness, or injury. Their typical day-to-day roles and responsibilities include:

• Providing massages to patients for a variety of lengths
• Using various massage techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissue to treat chronic pain and injuries
• Listening and explaining various aspects of medical massage to patients

Their work has the specific goal to alleviate pain and treat health conditions such as neuropathy, cancer, fibromyalgia, sports injuries, or even high blood pressure.

Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times, and ensure a constant high standard of pre-arrival experience provided to our guests.

Ensures that all reservations are entered accurately, and database update maintained consistently.

Ensures that all reservations are thoroughly reviewed prior to guest’s arrival.

Processes incoming reservation requests/correspondence, confirming or regretting on the day received.

Maintains an accurate and updated filling system of all correspondence for easy access and retrieval.

Arrival checks for reservations made the previous day, arrival for next three days and check all VIP arrivals by reviewing arrival report daily.

Any other duties as directed.

The position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Finance department, Payroll and General Cashiering.

Primary Responsibilities

Administrative Support   

• Updates daily Accounts Receivables List of Remittance upon receipt of cheques. 
• To segregate incoming and outgoing mails and delivery of mails to various Finance sections.
• Co-ordinate and issue hotel gift certificates. 

Cashiering Duties

• Responsible for cash collection and checking of daily remittances, in the presence of a witness.
• Ensures sufficient change and refill for cash machine.
• Updates foreign exchange rate as per hotel policy and policies.
• Ensures daily bank deposits.
• Prepares daily cash receipt report and journals. 
• Balances cash machine fund daily and ensures all funds are returned to the cash machine at end of day.
• Co-ordinates and issues cashiers’ float.
• Provides training to new cashiers.
• Maintains over and short records for each cashier and shows evidence of review by Director of Finance and Business Support.

Monthly Payroll Processing

• Computes and finalises payroll with necessary reports printed for proper approvals to be submitted to bank for processing.
• Ensures high level of confidentiality when dealing with all matters related to payroll.
• Collects and verifies basic payroll information from original sources such as appointment letters, E-Overtime / E-Timesheet reports and payroll allowances and deductions form.
• Processes petty cash reimbursement and expenses report relating to colleagues’ benefits.
• Makes necessary deductions from colleagues’ salary before payday.
• Takes note of resignees and ensures proper process to avoid overpayment in last salary payout.
• Checks and calculates all colleagues’ benefits and ensure proper backups are submitted. 
• Works closely with Talent and Culture team on matters concerning colleagues’ salary, leave, allowances and deductions.
• Responsible for accurate and timely Central Provident Fund submission.
• Checks, verifies and processes casual labour payments in E-casual labour.
• Submits all claims for government paid leaves and reservist make-up pay and maximise any credits available to reduce overall payroll cost.
• Files IR21 for all resigned foreign colleagues for tax clearing purpose.
• Reconciles vacation, bonuses accrual on a monthly basis.
• Prepares monthly Jounrals, Balance sheets and any other reports relating to Payroll.
• Ensures that all hotel systems and internal controls related to payroll section are adhered to.
• Works on any payroll related projects and ensures successful implementations.

To provide general administration support to the department, including maintaining SAP database for Vendor Management, Purchasing and Billing modules.

Responsibilities:

Invoicing

· To assist with the support in Procurement with good governance in Purchasing and Billing practices and

documentations.

· To process invoice via SAP or SharePoint system.

· To work with internal user on invoice verification.

· To ensure invoice compliance to 2-3-ways match.

· To ensure invoice accuracy before processing.

· Scanning of Hard-copies Invoices.

Administrative

· To perform minutes writing on monthly meeting.

· To assist in Procurement related audits.

· To continuously improve and innovate on existing processes in improving work efficiency for the department.

· Receipt of goods & delivery.

· Ad-hoc Showflat Tagging & Collection.

· Any others as required by Head of Department.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Procurement or related with at least 3 years of experience.

· Knowledge in SAP.

· Good knowledge of procurement policies and guidelines.

· Good writing skills.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

· Scheduling and communication of examination timetables and room plans

· Submission of entries, accurately and on time

· Recruitment and management of invigilation team

· Ensuring efficient management and supervision of the exam room environment

· Management of the results communication process

· Liaison with the Academic Administration Team with regards to exam rooming and timetables

· Oversight and smooth running of all internal and external examinations

· Direction and training of staff assisting during examination period

· Responding to students’ and parents’ enquiries with regards to exams

· Coordinating with the Academic Administration Team regarding applications for examination Access Arrangements

· Advise staff of examination procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and maintain effective compliance framework, policies and internal controls for adherence to MAS requirements.

2. Monitor and maintain enterprise-wide risk assessment procedures and AML/CFT & KYC checks on a continual and timely basis.

3. Keeping abreast on all regulatory updates & support management and business lines on compliance issues.

Person Specifications:

1. Experience and background in AML program implementation in Payment and Remittance and fintech environment have an added advantage

2. Holds minimally a Bachelor Degree in Law /Finance/Compliance or any other equivalent qualifications

3. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities and is driven with agile problem-solving skills that thrives in ambiguous environment independently

4. Familiar with Accuity Screening Software.
