To manage, coordinate and represent social work cases by actively reaching out to potential clients and organising group and community work. 5. Manage the utilization of the ABLE subsidy.

6. Lead therapeutic group work, e.g. support group for target groups.

7. Initiate, design, develop and implement new community development initiatives by mobilising community resources, other social service providers and volunteers.

8. Seek out continuous learning opportunities such as participating in case review meetings, cross-functional or Ministry-level assignments, practice research and development to further develop skills and capabilities.

9. Guide the delivery of social services by team to ensure adherence to Code of Ethics, Standard of Practice, governance and agenda at the systems level.

10. Any other duties or projects assigned from time to time by Manager, Centralised Services or ABLE Executive Director.
