• Manage the overall delivery of the project on or ahead of time with all client expectations met.

Job Requirement:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager for our Private 5G based in the US.  This role focuses on sell-through and sell-to revenue opportunities within the top service providers, technology partners and Enterprise customers in the US. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for understanding and influencing customer-specific technology requirements, resulting in the adoption of Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity solutions with our customers and  partners. Qualified applicants should have extensive experience working with Private 5G solutions, and should be familiar with the organizational makeup, core missions and strategies that organizations employ to capture business. The Business Development Manager for Private 5G is responsible for all account communications, customer relationships, technology education and new business development. • Colleague management at the Front Desk including rostering, performance management, OJT training, developing, counseling, guiding, discipline, feedback, evaluate and supporting colleague at the desks 
• Liaison between Front Office departments and rest of hotel for effective guest experience
• Lead the Front Office team to personalize the guest arrival/departure experience 
• Be involved in the arrival, rooming, and departure of key/VIP guests
• Ensure guest arrival and departure procedures are completed as defined in the hotels’ standards and operating procedures and LQA standards
• Handle guest feedbacks and determine appropriate actions to ensure its meet or exceed guests’ expectations
• Presence in the Front Office and lobby area at critical guest flow time
• Conduct daily briefings presenting business issues and hotel information 
• Co-ordinate full house activities, handle pledge relocates by sending and welcoming guest back
• Ensure safety, health, security and loss control policies and procedures at the desk are in compliance
• Conduct Night Audit process for the hotel 
• Ensure strict compliance of the Credit Card Privacy – PCI
• Ensure strict compliance to the Cash Float SOP
• Provide direction and leadership to the HEAT Team and if needed, call for evacuation of guests, colleagues external parties in the hotel from areas threatened by fire, flood, bomb threats or civil disturbance
• Responsible to enhance skills of colleagues and team leader in various aspects of operations by constantly monitoring their performance levels
• Vigilant in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies 
• Support individual team members to achieve personal & professional goals

The Senior Integrated Media Manager will report to the Director and is a committed, responsible, and confident lead of his/her campaigns.  He/she will have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivering integrated media campaigns, ensuring quality control of the deliverables while staying within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations. The Senior Media Manager will own day-to-day client communication, providing strategic direction and ensuring all campaign objectives/goals are met. Strong leadership skills are also essential.

Expectations of a Senior Integrated Media Manager:

• Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
• Lead on day-to-day running of the account with clients & agency partners
• Drive relationships at the appropriate levels of our client organizations
• Apt knowledge & understanding of traditional and digital channels combined with the ability to understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO
• Have prior platform experience in managing Social, Search and/or Programmatic campaigns, including but not limited to account setup, strategy development, organization, and management
• Creates strategies and makes in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
• Manages the daily workflow of all client campaigns, and working with various internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies and media owners to deliver campaign objectives
• Able to organise & delegate, sensitive to needs & problems of reporting staff – works across buying & planning issues
• Be aware of opportunities to drive revenue streams from existing relationships and leveraging cases from existing relationships to create new relationships
• Assist in mentoring, and developing team members

• Strategy Development: In cooperation with the local subsidiaries develop and implement the e-commerce strategy for the APAC region, aligning with global objectives and regional market needs.
• Platform Management: Oversee and optimize our Brand presence on global and regional e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia, and others.
• Sales Performance: Drive online sales performance through effective product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
• Product Portfolio: Manage the online product portfolio, ensuring the right mix of products is available and accurately represented across all e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with product management to ensure availability of suitable products.
• Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing & DCC team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to support decision-making.
• Market Research: Stay informed about e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities in the APAC region.
