• The Head of Finance / Finance Manager will lead and manage the finance function within the organization. Role Name: General Manager (GM) for Envac SEA

Reporting to CEO & Regional President of Envac Region Greater China, SEA & India

Depending on the experience and qualification of the candidate, this role could start with a 6 to 12 months of transition to learn about Envac systems and operations as a Senior Project Director or Acting as a Regional COO role. After this transition, he or she will serve as an independent General Manager (GM) for SEA including Singapore and Malysia. BW Group is seeking an SOX Manager to join our SOX Team with the responsibility to design and implement SOX controls to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley ("SOX") regulations. Your primary focus will be on understanding end-to-end business processes and controls, including identifying control design gaps and testing operating effectiveness of controls. This role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure internal controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently.
