The Project Engineer shall report to the Project Manager or the Head of Department for Project Management and Site Integration. The Project Engineer shall be responsible for the project assigned by carrying out the following:

Responsibilities:

• Sales and Marketing of Electrical Products such as LV & MV Power Cables, Bus Duct System, Sandwiched Wall Panel system (knowledge on building construction material), Underground Corrugated Pipes, Green Trough & Professional Tools etc.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholder teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects
• Develop new customers to expand customer base plus servicing existing customers through daily customers visits, mass emailing, and cold calling.
• Visit consultants, contractors, developers, building owners, etc on a regular basis to establish good relationships.

Requirements:

• Min. Nitec/ Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering or equivalent ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical)
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in relevant industrial sales is preferred

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried

Requirement :

• Atleast four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil engineer, of which at least two (2) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to works in this Contract.
• The RE shall be an engineer in the civil/structural discipline with qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control and accepted by Institute of Engineer Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)

Overview:

The Technical Support Engineer is responsible to ensure the implementation and setup of the system in Cloud and on-premise is in according to the project plan, ensure service availability, performance and a good security posture of the systems running in a secured system environment, in provisioning core infrastructure services of large system. The operational and maintenance tasks required need to be delivered in a timely, co-operative and professional manner together with the other infrastructure engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing the system in cloud and on-premise environments in accordance with the project requirement and operation support specification.
• Manage full system stacks from the OS through the COTS applications packages and system security implemented in the cloud-based computing and as well on-premise environments.
• Monitor and analyse systems performance data, syslog, monitoring log, application log, to perform tunning of operating system (Linux and/or Windows) running in both cloud and on-premise environment.
• Identifying potential bottlenecks in applications’ package performance, troubleshoot and resolve Operating System and Application related incidents and issue according to customer’s processes.
• Manage the system patching, security hardening, secure connection, data secrecy implementation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned.

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean need to apply, it requires CAT-1 security clearance.
• Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering / Information Systems or related discipline with minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• At least 1.5 years technical hands-on experience on AWS Cloud and/or on-premise technical implementation of Windows and Linux system (or equivalent), and provide the requirement system support.
• Certification as an AWS or equivalent Cloud Computing or Cybersecurity System is preferred. Certification in Windows and/or Linux System is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in AWS architecture, network infrastructure, Active Directory, Linux Servers; hands-on experience on OS patching, hardening, system security set up.
• Working knowledge and exposure in Identify and Access Management System will be given priority.
• Automation, scripting experience with Linux Scripting will be an advantage.

Responsibilities of the role

Collaborate with local HR and headquarter HRIS team to update and maintain accurate data within Advantech HCM databases.

In charge of MIS to support all office equipment setup and maintenance, including security patch updates

Liaise with HQ IT teams for support on new headcount on board request which include application for new email address, grouping, phone extension.

Maintenance and troubleshoot for iCTOS system and reports

Maintenance on Power BI existing dashboard which include importing of data and managing user access

Ad hoc request relate to software support

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

Experience with Data Management and Analysis software, particularly in SQL Server, PowerBI and Denodo.

Experience developing ASP.NET MVC applications with C# and Javascript.

To have the relevant Technical skills to support existing and new computing devices like desktops, notebooks, network equipment with knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Possess good technical knowledge in J2EE/JEE.
• Experience in common open-source frameworks/technologies such as HTML, CSS, Node.JS, Spring, Hibernate.
• Experience in databases such as Oracle, MS SQL.
• Monitors and manages the production support to ensure incidents and problems are managed within set SLAs • Familiar with use of DevOps and tools
• Good communication, strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
