Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and diligent individual to fill the position of Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within designated areas, as well as managing and enhancing the overall appearance of the office or outdoor spaces.

Office Cleaner Duties & Responsibilities:-

1. Perform general cleaning tasks in office areas, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.

2. Empty trash cans.

3. Clean and sanitize restroom areas, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.

4. Ensure all areas are presentable and ready for use.

5. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

6. Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner.

7. Collaborate with other cleaning staff to efficiently complete tasks.

8. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with office staff and visitors.

Requirements:-

1. Ability to perform tasks that involve physical labor and outdoor work.
2. Punctuality and dependability are essential.
3. Familiar with SG routes
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and completing tasks. Working Conditions: The job involves a combination of indoor and outdoor work, and the candidate should be prepared to work in various weather conditions.
5. Carry out the duties arranged by the supervisor and perform duties diligently in accordance with the instructions.
6. Any other duties and tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor in the area.
7. Flexibility working time, need work at public holiday, weekend and overtime.

Remuneration Package

· Gross Salary : up to $1,800

1. Taking charge of all administrative functions required by the respective departments, including communicating with banks, government bodies and other external parties
2. Controls incoming and outgoing messages on office machines/equipment
3. Oversee outgoing mail as and when appropriate
4. Typing and filing of documents and administrative duties for the department
5. Operating on computer, fax, photocopying machine and any other office equipment
6. Ensure the workplace safety and security
7. Undertake other job function as and when assigned from time to time
