Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Database Administrator.
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Azure Cloud is an added advantage.

• Manage and oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families via phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct campus tours and provide detailed information about the school.

• Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and update the admissions database regularly.
• Work with the Director to develop and implement students’ recruitment strategies.

Accounts Payable Function

· Data entry of all invoices into the system

· Consolidating of all suppliers invoices for payment at month end

· Being a key point of contact for other departments on accounting matters
