Job Description:

· Technically strong on the repair and servicing of China Brand heavy equipment.

· Hands on with the daily routine maintenance procedure and able to guide / train mechanics and technicians into doing the repair and maintenance job well.

· Pre-work trouble shooting might be required to guide the team into performing the correct repair / service.

· Ensure team follow and perform all PDI and work procedures.

· Review the job card and overtime to ensure all jobs are recorded and billed accordingly.

· Review the scheduling and transportation plan to ensure our Mechanics are deployed to the correct site to reduce inter-job transport time.

· Review invoices, quotation and efficiency of workers in perform their repair works.

· Set up the fleet management control for fixed assets on rental to:

1. to Monitor the quantity on rental, under repair and in store.

2. Ensure damages done by customers are recorded before acceptance of equipment and billed to them correctly.

Requirements :·

· Minimum Diploma in Engineering·

· Minimum 8-10 years experiences in heavy machinery in construction industry.

· With valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Job Description

• Handles customer inquiries via phone or email
• Supports customers in providing quotations and follow up on the inquiry
• Create Job order and update on amendments accordingly
• Provides post-sales support and day-to-day business liaison with customers
• Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Certificates or qualifications equivalent to Secondary Education
• Minimum of 2 years of related working experience preferred
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Good related customer service/sales coordination experience
• Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision

• Support Rental Division operations for portable on site machines with a fleet of over 50 pieces of inventory equipment
• Manage the servicing and maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Coordinate with engineering and procurement departments for servicing and maintenance requirements and for order requirements
• Manage mobilisation and demobilisation requirements of rental orders. Overseeing correct documentation and packaging of equipment is carried out
• Review of current Rental Orders and forecasts to ensure equipment is available
• Experience with on site machines and practices would be advantageous and desirable

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

· The Aseptic Operations Manager leads all compounding and sterile fill activities. The role is also responsible for secondary packing of final finished goods.

· Ensuring safe work environments, enforcing operational discipline, and monitoring aseptic behaviors.

· Efficiently utilize tools and metrics (KPI’s) to monitor staff productivity, deliverables, timelines, and quality of work product to adjust staffing levels and operational processes as needed to ensure operational effectiveness.

· Support investigations, own CAPAs, and drive continuous improvements throughout operations.

· Responsible for developing staffs’ performance goals, maintaining positive employee morale and relations and managing paid time off

· Understanding of the importance/impact of cGMP standards.

· Responsible for handling disciplinary actions and/or Performance Improvement Plans, terminations, escalating complex employee issues to their manager or human resources and ensuring a fair and consistent approach with all team members.

· Identifying potential process/product improvements and working collectively with cross-functional teams to implement process/procedure updates.

· Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and comprehensive understanding of business processes.

· Demonstrates technical/functional expertise in applicable discipline and acquires knowledge in related disciplines.

· Utilize industry technical/functional experience to help develop standard operating procedures.

REQUIREMENT

· Able to establish robust processes, develop performance standards, track performance through fact driven exercises, and implement solutions to drive continuous process improvements.

· Demonstrates skills to solve complex problems in highly regulated environments.

· Previous experience working with auditors, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.

· Able to articulate difficult and complex situations in a comprehensive and succinct manner utilizing professional tools, and deliberate facts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in a life science, pharmacy, or engineering discipline required. Advanced degree/certification preferred. It will be an advantage to the candidate if he/she is a registered pharmacist in Singapore.
• 5-8 years manufacturing or engineering experience, preferably in sterile manufacturing and a good understanding of quality and compliance standards of various agencies, including US-FDA, European EMA and China NPMA.
• 3-5 years management experience; with no fewer than 20 direct/indirect reports.
