Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to design and deliver best-in-class server, storage, and trading platforms for clients and internal infrastructure in line with company standards and strategic framework. The role requires collaboration with the Account Management, Project Management, and Client Service Delivery teams to meet the requirements of tier-one banks and other key clients. • Provide general support on all operational matters.

Collections

• Accountable and responsible for collections every month.
• Attending to clients’ requests, sending weekly reminders / following up on all ageing clients every 14 days until payment has been made to us.
