Roles & Responsibilities

Receiving of provisionals, groceries and vegetables from whole sale supplier then arrange it properly

Must ready to work physically to carry provisionals, groceries and vegetables from whole sale vendor delivery to store room , then shift from Store room to display rack to avail customers

Loading and unloading of provisionals, groceries and vegetable

Help customers to find locate provisionals, groceries and vegetable, if need bring the stuff and put it their trolley

Ensure shelves and product displays remain stocked.

Replenish products onto display shelfs and areas as assigned.

Check & account for damaged stocks, Tabulate balance stocks & Tidy up items displays

Welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries. -Assess customer needs and wants: answer customer questions and concerns. -Provide appropriate product recommendations. -Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable. -Build relationships with customers, especially regular customers.

Create a variety of ongoing promotional activities to increase revenues. These can include daily specials, coupons, discounts, a loyalty restaurant that encourages repeat dining, and training wait staff to upsell appetizers, desserts and drinks. In addition to these types of promotional activities, able to develop larger business opportunities, such as group sales, offsite catering, a proprietary, private-label sauce, delivery service and corporate events.

Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Tanglin Mall and Great World outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all classes and activities.
• Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and administrative staff.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing parents' inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales Management: Monitor and drive sales performance to achieve targets, implement strategies to boost enrollment and participation.
• Facility Management: Ensure the art studio facilities are well-maintained, safe, and conducive to learning. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations management role, preferably within an educational or enrichment setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for arts education and working with children.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.

Working Hours:

• 5 days work week, including both Saturdays and Sundays.
• Weekdays: 09:00 to 18:00

Salary Range:

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing operational aspects of the clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and optimizing nurses’ schedule and workflow, ensuring high-quality patient care, and collaborating with doctors and marketing department to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Your expertise and experience in a healthcare facility, leadership and administration will be essential in successfully executing your role.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

· Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient operations and adherence to company’s policies and regulatory standards

· Collaborate with other departments, such as administration, human resources, and finance, to optimize resource allocation and enhance cross-functional coordination

· Monitor and evaluate nurses’ performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency of the clinic

· Facilitate collaboration between vendors and doctors to carry out medical research

· Track and facilitate regular servicing of machines in clinic

· Be the point of contact for any escalation of challenging situations in clinic

Staff Management

· Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for nurses

· Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity

· Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer professional development opportunities to nurses

· Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement

Quality Assurance and Patient Care

· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices related to patient care and safety

Budgeting and Resource Management

· Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation
