The Service Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the readiness to support business operations. Key objectives include smooth daily operations as well as enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Service Support

• Provides 1st level support for network and Internet services via phone or email with accuracy and promptness to meet pre-defined SLAs for customer

• Assist to troubleshoot and rectify (when possible) any Clinic Management System (Plato) related issues and users for Plato are up to date.
• Assist with merging of patient files in Plato when required.
• Provide technical support for in-house systems, including troubleshooting issues for hardware and software so that all users benefit from effective technology.
• Assist Reporting Officer in maintaining and managing IT related information.

1. Responsibilities encompass the promotion of Shipping Agency Services and involve:
- Actively pursuing business leads to foster business growth.
