• Manage and coordinate various inputs from various stakeholders in Quality Reliability; collaborating with discrete product component and package quality and reliability team for Qual plans, Product Qual Notices and Customer Reports.
• Provide general product quality and reliability expertise, to provide consultation for qualifications, audits, RMA, and customer issues.

Requirements

• Preferably candidates should have experience in Semiconductor, Flash memory and DRAM products quality and reliability
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office, JIRA, Confluence
• Basic understanding in statistics and engineering reliability assessments

Roles & Responsibilities

• FSC Section head to oversee FSC operations and liaison with Allied Teleiss Business Units to ensure RMA units meet the quality standards, deliver on time, manage the P&L of FSC Section and provide excellent service to ATI Groups.
• To manage and drive RMA output productivity .
• To coordinate wih internal teams such as Test & Pack, Material Planning/Logistics and Repair Analyst, to gather information to plan for RMA repair, provide schedule plan to drive for FSC RMA Output to meet Business Units shipment.
• To manage a group of Analysing Technicians/Engineers to conduct verification and 1st level failure analysis of respective BU RMA non-conformance unit, identify the cause of defect / non-conformance feedback, provde technical support in response to queries or concerns raised till closure.
• To manage and control Planning and Logistic team to co-ordinate & suport all BUs RMA transaction logistics management activities, ensure RMA units are processed in accordance to requirement and all information being updated into the system. To procure and arrange material to support debug, rework and ROI needs.
• To manage the Store and Material team to support all RMA related material transaction activities for repair, rework, assembly and re-configuration activities. Control and accountable for raw material inventories, tracking & recording of all material transaction.
• To manage the Final Assembly team to support debug team in PCBA reworking, ROI and re-configuration of mechanical assembly activities.
• To manage Test & Pack team to perform all functional testing of repaired RMA units as per respective product test procedures & software specified on Agile system.

Requirement

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 years working experience in networking products and PCBA environment
• Good organising skill and self-motivated
• Able to work independently as well as a team.
• Good command of written and spoken Japanese language to report and liaise effectively with Japan Headquarter.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system administration (Windows and Linux support) such as system health-check, patch management, change management, problem resolution, capacity planning, system performance tuning and system installation/configuration/hardening.
• Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure systems such as VPC, EC2, S3, SES, load balancers, as well as cloud backups, monitoring tools and RDS database applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure system.
• Manage and review costs in cloud systems.
• Develop technical specifications and evaluate technical responses as part of IT procurement.
• Support production system commissioning/upgrades and follow up on vulnerabilities identified during security reviews.
• Conduct annual disaster recovery planning exercise and follow up with DR procedure updates.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of working knowledge in Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of technical experience in Windows Server 2012 & 2016, Linux OS and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge in areas such as Remote access, VPN, SSH, DNS, SMTP, FTP, Load Balancers, Proxy servers and Content delivery networks.
• Working knowledge in NAS and cloud backup solution.
• Strong security focus on experience with Firewalls, WAF and Server Hardening.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator or Microsoft MCSA, MCSE Azure track certification will be an added advantage.
• Candidate who has worked as Cloud Server Administrator will have an added advantage.

*Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer.

1. Design, Test and Verify to ensure user application components meeting requirements and functional specifications.

2. Execute Unit, Regression, Integration, Performance and System Tests.

3. Work with software developers regarding test procedures and results to resolve issues.

4. Perform defect tracking management and follow through with solutions.

5. Participate in software feature design review, prepare, and publish test reports for software releases (both major and minor releases).

6. Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and completeness.

7. Design and implement tests using scripting languages and other tools used in manual testing environment.

Job Requirements:
