Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operation teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the critical environment (CE) designs and operational procedures for colocation data centers. About the Role:

As Manager/Senior Manager, you will be part of ALPS Supply Chain Team that supports the logistic/distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies and consumables for the Public Healthcare Institutions. You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination to ensure that supplies are provided efficiently to the hospital:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to Daily Operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and return with partners
• Oversee inventory management (Cycle Count ,Stock Count, Damage, Expiry, Rotation, Safety Stock)
• Efficient in identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors
• To report and investigate on all discrepancies between system and partners' WMS ensuring all Root causes and CAPA are submitted timely
• Propose continuous improvements plans to mitigate discrepancy errors
• Conduct performance review with vendors and suppliers
• Work with industry partners to ensure systems are in place to deliver timely order processing, fulfillment and inventory management, with necessary compliance to Public Healthcare regulatory requirements
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply chain with min. 5 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in Warehouse Operations, Material planning and Inventory management will be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timeline
• Meticulous and strong attention for details
• IT Savvy and familiar with SAP, MS Excel and etc

The Concert Operations Officer assists in all concert operation and production matters including set ups and strikes, executing stage moves, logistics moves and maintenance of equipment, furniture and instruments. The Concert Operation Officer reports to the Production Manager/Stage Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up stage, equipment, furniture, instruments, backstage logistic supplies in preparation for rehearsals, recordings and performances
• Execute stage moves (furniture, equipment and instruments) during rehearsals, recordings and performances
• Pack down equipment, furniture, instruments and backstage logistic supplies after rehearsals, recordings and performances
• Arrange and coordinate logistics moves to/from different venues for rehearsals, recordings and performances
• Support any front/back-of-house activities
• Conduct maintenance/repair of stage furniture/equipment and instruments
• Operate basic sound, lighting, AV system for auxiliary events
• Assist the Stage Management team in preparation of technical riders and stage plans (as required)
• Perform other duties as required by the Company

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Higher Nitec with experience in technical production, events, or MICE.
• Able to work nights/weekends/public holidays when needed
• Need to be able to commit to overtime work as required (overtime payable)
• A good attitude and ability to work both independently and well in a team
• Basic computing skills/familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical theatre, electrical or audio-visual knowledge is an advantage

Report directly to the Assistant Manager or Manager, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving our DevSecOps practices. You will collaborate with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to streamline our deployment processes, enhance system reliability, and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment and orchestration processes.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of application through implementation of DevSecOps process.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
• Automate routine tasks through scripting and automation tools, including test automation.
• Collaborate with application, infra & security teams to ensure applications are secure.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide non-office hour support when necessary.
• Aid in planning and designing the roadmap to implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for efficient system provisioning.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a DevOps/DevSecOps Engineer or similar role with good understanding in agile and DevOps/DevSecOps methodologies.
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified DevOps Engineer, are a plus.
• Proficiency with scripting and coding languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Ruby, or Go).
• Proficiency with Test automation scripting language using any test automation tools
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Optional knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) template.
