• Conduct the sighting/audit of major category of assets’ existence on an annual basis.
• Conduct and complete inventory count, provide supervisory assistance during the stock-take process in other departments as well as in the general stores.
• Ensure all accounting entries are in order for passing of journal entries and assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules for circulation to the management and auditing purposes.
• Update balance sheet detailed schedules and expenses schedules on a monthly basis.
• Prepare the GST Quarterly Returns and payment submissions.
• Prepare yearly audit schedules and government statistical reports.
• Assist with projects and system enhancements implementation.
• Perform any other job tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Department in the hospitality industry.
• Meticulous and attentive to details.

The Job:

You will provide clinical administrative support to clinicians in the Division of Surgery & Surgical Oncology. You will prepare and retrieve medical records for clinicians, transcribe medical documentation using medical record systems and document laboratory and radiology findings and medical procedures. You will also update patients’ health information and prepare all documentation to clinicians for review and approvals. In addition, you will prepare GP replies and medical reports, track patients’ test results and organise patients’ charts.

Job Requirements:

• Cleaning of kitchen equipment
• Dispose all garbage bags in the kitchen
• Maintain cooking area by sweeping and mopping and cold room in the kitchen
• Cleaning of door edge frames
• Ensure toilet are clean for guests to use
• Replenishment of soap, toilet paper and paper towels
• Ensure Manager’s Office is clean and tidy
• Cleaning of guests’ vomit immediately, if any
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
