We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Happiness department and help us grow our team. The responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. You will help us hire the right talent within the given time frame. Ultimately, you will build a strong talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct full life cycle recruiting from posting, sourcing, pre-screening applications and resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, assisting in selection, coordinating offers and managing onboarding.
• Building and maintaining a database of quality candidates per market for current and future openings. This includes planning for future open positions by networking with industry professionals working for competitor brands and building a talent pipeline.
• Design creative sourcing strategies as appropriate and post all open jobs via the Aleph website, LinkedIn, retail specific job sites, etc. to reach top talent.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms
• Organize and participate in job fairs and events and lead employer branding initiatives
• Possess specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical/non technical resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
• Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
• Coordinate with team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
• Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and management as needed to enhance the candidate experience
• Create job offer letters and onboard new hires
  

Prerequisites

• Proven work experience as a technical and design Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical as well as non technical roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and care deeply about quality experience
• Ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize and work in a fast paced and frequently changing
• Ability to work with diverse people and cultures
• People friendly personality
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet sourcing targets
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensuring that patients’ case-notes and investigations reports are ready before the start of clinic sessions as well as preparing listings of patients for elective procedures;
• Assisting doctors and providing nursing care to patients during physical examination according to patients’ condition and ensuring patients’ safety at all times;
• Providing financial counselling and education on operation / treatment procedures;
• Assisting in observation of and reporting patients' condition and progress during their recovery from minor procedures;
• Establishing and maintaining confidentiality on patients’ medical records at all times;
• Dispensing medication according to doctor’s orders;
• Monitoring, maintaining and replacing clinic’s equipment, instruments; restocking and purchasing inventories, medical supplies, etc.;
• Assisting doctor and anaesthetist during procedures and any minor procedures (including scrub/circulating nurse, etc.);
• Managing the patients well from start to end of procedures (receiving patients, recovery of patients, discharging of patients and dispensing of medication) – providing nursing care to patients;
• Preparing and packing surgical items/instruments for autoclave;
• Assisting in billing and registration (inclusive of Medisave submissions and Embryo Storage Renewal);
• Ensuring nursing care is delivered according to established standards;
• Keeping proper records (ART, CD book, Nursing Notes, Dispatch Book, IVF Logbook) as required by Management, MOH, RTAC and any other relevant bodies); and
• Performing such other nursing duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising license
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience
• At least a Diploma in Nursing or equivalent (recognised by Singapore Nursing Board)
• Prior IVF experience will be advantageous
