• Ensure adequate stock level to support all delivery plans
• Handle all incoming and outgoing goods (export booking & containing loading) and ensure proper documentations of invoices, packing list, COC, receipts, delivery orders etc
• Ensure minimal discrepancies between physical stocks and stock records

Responsibilities:

• Receiving/transferring/checking and storing incoming goods
• Loading and unloading from containers and loose shipment
• Report any product damages
• To support general warehouse operations
• Practice good handling and usage of all Material-handling equipment (MHE) for warehouse
• Responsible for adhering to EHS procedures and requirements
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

Requirements:

• Ability to operate lifting equipment such as forklift, reach truck etc.
• Ability to carry out simple daily maintenance to lifting equipment
• Past working experience in warehousing or related industry
• Some basic EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) knowledge
