As part of the Sectoral Transformation Group in IMDA, the SMEs Go Digital Division aims to make going digital simple for SMEs. With digital technology transforming every sector of Singapore’s economy, it is essential that our SMEs have the digital technologies and capabilities to seize growth opportunities in the digital economy.

In support of this effort, the SMEs Go Digital Division develops Industry Digital Plans (IDP) as a roadmap to guide SME's digital adoption and capability development, as well as supports technology adoption by SMEs through the curation and pre-approval of suitable digital solutions.

What You Will Be Working On

Define and curate impactful digital solutions readily adoptable by SMEs in assigned sectors:

• Jointly define the business objectives and outcomes for Digitalisation with your sector lead agencies
• Source and evaluate market-ready solutions with strong and potential to deliver on your defined business objectives and outcomes
• Define and create transparent and simple checklists of requirements for solutions vendors to evaluate their own solutions for ‘market readiness’, including key functional, performance, and compliance requirements for their sectors
• Perform approval processing of solutions vendors applying for their solution to be pre-approved as a supported solution within different government funding schemes, including but not limited to the Productivity Solutions Grant programme
• Regularly measure and improve performance and relevancy of solution portfolio in assigned sector

Assist the Solutions Curation Team Lead in the following:

• Build an understanding of the solutions landscape and the relative performance of each solution
• Measure performance of approved solutions, including but not limited to total adoption, adoption across time periods, solution usage, productivity gained,
• Evaluate and recommend changes to the solutions within assigned sector depending on factors such as take-up, usage, pricing, and other changes to market conditions
• Collaborate with sector lead agencies to suggest, define, and create new solution categories that are aligned to, or are to be added to the industry’s IDP
• Communicating and operationalising changes of requirements to existing solutions to the solution providers

Continually evaluate and improve solution curation and onboarding process and structures:

• Apply process improvement methodologies (Kaizen, 6 Sigma) to reviewing existing processes and identify gaps in process outcomes and efficiencies
• Redesign processes and policies, and implement changes, together with team lead, product team, and sector lead agencies for an efficient and delightful experience for all stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Computer Science, Information System, Business IT, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in business-IT functions on projects involving digital technologies, preferably with experience in business consulting, digital solution implementation, pre-sales support
• Strong working knowledge in ICT (added advantage if you have one or more technical knowledge domain in Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Robotics Process Automation, Blockchain, Personal Data Security, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Technology etc.)

Maker Lab supports clients across the technology, entertainment, financial services, and payments industries. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing real estate-focused technology client.

You will help build and manage the region's social media strategies, campaigns and content marketing. You will work closely with the APAC Social and Consumer Marketing teams when designing and delivering effective social media marketing campaigns and evergreen rollouts - from strategy, ideation, assets creation and development, execution, measurement, and day-to-day operations to overall project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with internal and external partners to move projects towards a common business and consumer marketing goal. You will also ensure relevant content analysis is done to reach goals effectively, helping to influence future strategy. 

Role: 

• You will be responsible for always-on social content curation efforts, from research and ideation to final delivery. 
• Work with the team and create the strategic foundations to help us generate and execute impossible-to-ignore ideas for the company’s and clients’ branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
• Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with marketing techniques.
• You will be a vocal advocate for the newest and boldest trends in copywriting and creativity. You will be tasked to share experiences and learnings to stimulate collective growth across the consumer marketing org. 
• You should be ready to evolve, investigate, pilot and change the courses based on insights and learnings to deliver optimal performance and creative excellence.
• Drive always-on digital/social media editorial content in line with existing content strategy for Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Partner with designers to produce visuals that are social-by-design.
• Ideate creative campaigns and executions for heat moments and product launches.
• Proactive finessing and optimisation of copy to improve social content performance.
• Lead internal sharing on creativity, copywriting and social content best practices and champion creative excellence.
• Coordinate communication across a range of regional stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
• Research industry topics to spot new content worth sharing.

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of copywriting experience, with prior experience and a proven track record in social media and digital content strategy within an agency, consultancy or technology companies
• Able to transform large amounts of information into simple findings that the client can incorporate into their marketing efforts 
• Passionate about all things content marketing, content creation, social and creative
• Ability to work autonomously and identify opportunities in ambiguity, with a self-starter attitude in a start-up-like environment.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving matrix organisation.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

Purpose

This role will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic international team in a fast-paced environment to push the boundaries of digital storytelling, while elevating and amplifying the NBCUniversal brand within the media and advertising industry. 

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

• Create social media posts and support the management of all Catalyst social media handles
• Work closely with the Social Media Manager to craft social media strategies for client campaigns
• Copywriting for social posts
• Schedule, set up and optimise live commercial campaigns across APAC and EMEA regions
• Weekly social media reporting to track campaign performance
• Adopt a data-led approach in supporting the analysis of social campaigns to identify trends and learnings
• Coordinate timelines for content assets to ensure timely delivery of social campaigns

This role will also support the business marketing team in:

• Posting organic social media content relevant to CMO Now and industry events
• Administrative support for CMO Now production and project management
• Support awards submissions by collating campaign case studies from sales and the Catalyst team.
• Assist with updates for the Catalyst website with new case studies, CMO Now whitepapers and other relevant activity
• Assist with event preparation and on-ground activations for NBCUniversal events, or industry events where NBCUniversal will have a presence

This job is for an experienced and creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, who will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest enterprises.

We are looking for candidates who will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful creativity and content problems. In this role you will master the challenges faced within key industries across areas of content and digital production, video, 3D/AR and digital documents and how Adobe helps clients meet these challenges.

What you’ll do

• Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients’ objectives and solves their business issues.
• Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
• Articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all the Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud solutions.
• Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll have

• Experience in software vendor, preferably selling creative or design software.
• Strong understanding of creative technologies and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good conceptual knowledge of digital media production, including design, animation, digital video, 3D/AR production.
• Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies such as Autodesk, Apple Final Cut Pro, Canva, Figma will be an advantage.
• Preferably have some knowledge of Adobe Document Cloud and Acrobat solutions. Electronic/Digital Signature experience desired (selling, supporting, and/or integration – Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc.).
• Adobe Certified Expert (AEC) will be an added advantage.
