We are seeking a communications expert to lead the development and execution of internal and external executive communications initiatives for key business priorities in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This includes acting as a strategist and trusted advisor to senior executives, developing executive narratives, presentations, and strategic communications plans that resonate across diverse internal and external audiences.

This role requires a unique blend of high-level strategy and hands-on execution, and the ability to work within a highly collaborative international communications team, reporting to a U.S.-based director. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding written and oral communication skills, a strategic orientation, excellent organization and presentation skills, a bias toward action, and a desire to learn continuously.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic communications planning: Create, nurture, and execute a proactive, integrated internal and external executive communication support model, strategy, and roadmap that reflects the priorities for the region and builds effective connections with key audiences.
• Executive messaging and presentation development: Collaborate closely with senior executives to create executive narratives and presentations that reflect their voice and vision. Develop content for internal and external platforms such as all-hands meetings, email announcements, and customer events. Provide coaching to help executives deliver compelling presentations.
• Project management and tactical execution: Lead the execution of employee communication initiatives, overseeing end-to-end project management, from planning and content development to measurement. Ensure flawless execution across multiple platforms, managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
• Storytelling and content creation: Craft written, oral, and digital content that resonates with internal and external audiences. Own the content development process for presentations, event briefings, scripts, talking points, organizational announcements, intranet articles, employee stories, and customer testimonials.
• Event coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute internal meetings and events, including agenda creation, presentation management, and Q&A facilitation.
• Regional expertise and collaboration: Serve as the communications expert for the APAC region. Occasional partnership with global communications and people brand teams to leverage shared content, and adapt and amplify significant key messages in-region; light support with regional alignment to employee value proposition (EVP).
• Localization and translation: Localize corporate communications for APAC audiences, managing translations into Mandarin, Japanese, or other relevant languages to ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy.
• Measurement and impact analysis: Measure the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives and demonstrate their impact on business goals. Track and measure executive communication activities for the region.

Reporting to the Head of Brand, Communications, & Marketing, the Executive/Senior Executive for Communications will develop and implement internal and external corporate communications strategies and plans, aimed at enhancing the image and reputation of the YTL PowerSeraya Group.

Responsibilities

External Communications

1. Develop the communications strategy in alignment with key business priorities

· Handle all media queries (proactive and reactive)

· Develop press releases, FAQs, talking points, and narratives when required

· Develop media briefing documents, media interview facilitation and pre-interview spokesperson briefing when required

· Media engagements with key media (mainstream, local business, energy media)

· Research, identify and pitch for stories/interviews as appropriate

· Act as central point of contact with Energy Market Authority’s Communications team

· Oversee crisis communications with key stakeholders, including preparation and drafting of holding statements

Job Requirements

· Preferably a Degree with strong passion to work in the communications space

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR agency

You will primarily be:

• Responsible for the deployment, and support of ad server tagging delivery through work tickets on JIRA for the TAAG (Technology And Activation Group) Team.

As an Executive, Events & Communications, you will be joining the SEC Corporate Communications team. Qualifications

Responsibilities

The student will be assisting our event managers to coordinate, plan and execute events and exhibition. They will undergo in-house and on-the-job training. Each of the students will be attached to an event manager as their mentor and they will be guided through from coordinating with suppliers,

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive regional digital marketing strategy aligned with the Company’s business objectives.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement regional social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

• Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across platforms.
• Monitor regional social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Content Marketing:

• Oversee content creation and distribution across regional digital channels to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Arts, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital media or media art industry, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regional media marketing strategy, inculding media arts, SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, ad platform setup, campaign coordination, data analytics, and media agency management. This role is critical to ensuring the success of our clients' digital marketing campaigns and achieving their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Planning: Conduct KPI simulations and develop budget mixes by channel and funnel. Create detailed campaign structures based on objectives, target segments, channels, and placements.
• Media Account Setup: Establish ad account structures according to business needs. Coordinate media pixel implementation with the web development team. Track media performance, including web conversions based on media pixels.

• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge across various media channels, including digital, programmatic, (D)OOH, CTV/OTT, TV, Print, and other vertical media.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with digital media ad platform operations, including ad account setup, media pixel implementation, and campaign structuring across platforms such as Google Ads (Search & PMax), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other DSPs like DV360, TTD, etc. Experience with analytics tools, such as Appsflyer, Adobe Analytics, and Google Analytics will be a plus
