The Engineer shall plan and install delivery links to send the audio video feeds from the event sites to the designated location(s) by deploying suitable technologies. Job Overview:

Responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of structured cabling projects. Additionally, ensure projects achieve time, scope, budget, quality, safety and customer satisfaction requirements. Oversee projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress, quality and safety
• Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Maintain and develop strong relationship with customers with direct interaction with focus on improving customers’ perception of service, quality, on time delivery, responsiveness, and problem solving.
• Travel to various job sites required.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Effectively manage multiple projects.

Job Requirement:

• Understand technical and construction documents.
• Experience in the construction or technology industries is required

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat.

• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing
• Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Understanding of general contractor procedures.

1. Once/Quarter across 4 products

2. In-Person Workshop meetings (approx..8-hours)

On-going advice/counsel on media performance, in-flight strategy/optimisation, end-of-campaign insight

1. Setting clear benchmarks, proposing optimal budget to spend by channels

2. Stitching an end-to-end reporting for optimisation using AA, media agency & funnel data

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and capture customers issue from various Social Media platform.
• Monitor and maintain the effectiveness of social media activities.
• Replicate all the defects of customers reported issues.
• Assist in planning and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Other ad-Hoc tasks assigned.

• Minimum ITE/Diploma qualification in Social Media Marketing or any relevant studies

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Tools

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in any related field

• At least 1 year of experience in TCM-related wellness products industry
• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Passion for wellness and healthy living
