• Co-ordination and supervision of M&E works
• Liaise with M&E Consultants
• Ascertain and make provision for all M&E and building services in collaboration with the project staff
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with authority requirements.
• Highlight and advise the project staff on the interfacing of M&E services and the building works
• Coordination with multiple parties not limiting to design consultants / engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design deliverables requirements for submission

Job Requirements:

Minimum six (6) years of engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control and eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance of the Engineer, and at least five (5) years of experience in the construction supervision for building projects with basement structures.

• To source for grants for social and wellness programmes for the residents and implement the activities.

• To handle media enquiry and feedback so that accurate information and information promoting/conveying the desired corporate image that can be extended to the journalists.

• To initiate positive stories to the media, to feature the NH’s services, to promote/convey the desired corporate image of the NH via the media platforms.

· Fundraising and Donations Management

• To propose annual fundraising targets.
• To strategise, plan and organise events to meet fundraising targets. Such events should also be the platform to promote/convey the corporate image.
• To strategise and value-add to donor management system. To assist with maintaining/improving donors’ relationship

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing or related field of study from a recognised institution
• Min 2-5 years relevant corporate communications / marcomms experience preferably from the healthcare sector
• Prior 1-2 years of work experience handling fundraising management scope in the healthcare or social services setting
