Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation activities in workshop & customer services and traffic teams
• Ensure accountability and integrity operational readiness of workshop and traffic teams
• Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the workshop & traffic operation are effectively maintained to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ensure staff are appropriately trained and motivated to carry out their responsibility to the required standards
• Deal openly and promptly with any problems and effectively identify and manage risk as appropriate
• Constantly review and streamline workflow and working conditions in order to achieve labour turnover and efficient operation
• To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the safety and housekeeping requirements set by the company
• Provide the point of escalation for team for any operational issues
• Preparation of reports on performance, budget and expenditure
• Plan and achieve financial budget and key performance indicators
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

• Academic qualification: Diploma in Engineering & equivalent.
• Competent in English (verbal & written) & spoken Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders/technicians/clients)
• Competent in corporate presentation
• Possess strong analytical & technical knowledge
• Prior working experience in managing daily workshop for at least 2 years
• Valid Class 3 Driving License

3. Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants

4. Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site in timely manner.

5. Coordination, supervision & monitoring of the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering.

6. Planning with manpower resources is mandatory.

7. Coordinate with the contractor and suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required

8. Coordinate for all submissions

9. Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submissions

10. Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.

Job Description:

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on existing products, drivers, and firmware.
• Perform various testing types, including functional, regression, performance, and sanity testing, to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as project leads, developers, and other team members to address bugs and improve product quality.
• Work closely with the R&D team to replicate customer-reported issues and verify fixes.
• Track, isolate, and document problems, verify resolutions, and qualify bug fixes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with an interest in the testing field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot effectively and think outside the box.
• Detail-oriented and observant, with the ability to spot discrepancies during testing.

Job Description:

• Develop a Non-Routine Lifting program and advise the Construction Manager accordingly.
• Develop specific Lift Plans.
• Liaise with the Engineering Department for engineering calculations and drawings as required to develop specific Lift Plans according to his Lifting program.
• Prepares procedure in coordination with vendors for internal shifting and load out operations.
• Wart management for project cargo loading and offloading operation active projects, load out operations by floating crane and Roll on load outs.
• Attend JSA meeting and client RA meeting for the assigned project and report to Section Head/Lifting Superintendent/Production Manager/GMO.
• Assist Engineer in preparing yard layout drawing for module location as per construction and load out sequence by confirmed projects and assisting tender department in lifting and load out feasibility check.
• Raise purchase requisition for the project required consumable and hardware items & sub-contractor works.
• Liaise with Lifting / Rigging Superintendent on a day-to-day basis for work progress.
• Liaise with client representatives, classification society surveyors and others to comply with inspection requirements.
• Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site
• Ensuring that the ground conditions are safe for any lifting operation to be performed by mobile cranes

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a lifting supervisor.
• Experience and knowledge in heavy lifting.
