Job Description

• Responsible monitor and co-ordinate with all parties based on schedule provided by Project Manager
• Co-ordinate the inspection of works by Resident Engineer (RE) and/or Resident Technical Officer (RTO) and/or main contractor’s representative
• Review and confirm drawings including problem solving and discussion prior to carry out activities
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultant
• Assist the Project Manager in the implementation of the Company’s integrated Management System
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes
• Take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work on that workplace
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk
• Ensure that environmental controls are implemented to prevent pollution

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years working experience as a Project Engineer are preferably

Purpose and Scope

The Reliability Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and lifespan of assets. The purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategies to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance asset performance. The Reliability Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify failure modes, and implement proactive maintenance practices.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting Reliability Analysis: Perform data analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis to identify potential failures, their impact, and underlying causes.
• Developing Maintenance Strategies: Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, condition-based monitoring programs, and reliability-cantered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
• Implementing Asset Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as mean time between failures (MTBF), mean time to repair (MTTR), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) to assess asset reliability and measure improvements.
• Driving Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor asset performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives.
• Providing Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and support to maintenance teams, operators, and other stakeholders in optimizing asset reliability and performance.
• Collaborating with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving reliability goals.

• Data Quality and Availability: Dealing with data challenges, such as inconsistent or incomplete data, and establishing robust data collection processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.).
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in reliability engineering or a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies, including FMEA, RCM, and condition-based maintenance.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.

Roles:

Process Technician will be part of the Operations Team responsible for ensuring Operations processes run smoothly as per production plan. The incumbent is expected to be proficient in troubleshooting and resolving operations and process issues.

• Manage safe start up and shutdown of process/unit

• Design, analysis and plan for Structural engineering works
• Design, analysis and plan for the protection of building and infrastructure from explosion and dynamic effects (e.g. blast loading)
• Liaise with other consultants, contractors & authorities from inception to completion of projects
