• Perform firmware validation on SSD devices which include both new and sustaining devices with new Firmware revisions
• Define and create new validation test plan for new SSD products.
• Conduct failure analysis of failures generated from validation run and collaborate with various SSD Development groups to resolve issues detected.

• Design novel test algorithms and develop test programs for validating NAND features and commands
• Study the latest RG NAND designs, with focus on customer mode operations

Responsibilities:

Project

• Regular site visits to ensure quality service and smooth operations for clients.
• Pre-sales solution design and quotation generation
• On-site work such as installation supervision (cabling, mounts, sensors/devices) and configuration of local IoT/networking system
• Liaison with vendors, clients, contractors and overseas DVI project teams
• Remote access work such as configuration of WTS system and client onboarding
• Execution of UAT
• End to end project documentation such as Requirements Gathering, Sensor Master List, Sensor Deployment Plan, Functional Sign-Off, UAT, Operation and Maintenance Manual.

Maintenance

• L2 client support (remote and on-site)
• L3 client support (liaison with vendor to fix bugs within vendor's system and/or activation of device RMA to vendor)
• In-depth testing of WTS vendor product functions/features to uncover bugs to be fixed
• Setup of test IoT system and environment in DVI Office (WTS hardware and software - cloud/on-prem backend and/or frontend)

Required Education/Experience:

• Open to fresh graduate from Engineering or related educational background
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in IoT Systems, Access Control, Surveillance, Building Management System, Cloud (Azure/AWS), Computer Networking or related
• Prior experience as a project engineer within the construction industry (main contractor or M&E sub-contractor) would be advantageous

As a Process Development Engineer, you will be primarily responsible for starting up, developing and optimizing processes to improve product quality and reliability, working on process yield improvement, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management as well as resolving manufacturing line problems. You will also be required to identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology. SME Process Owner Responsible for Continuous Improvement on Process Yield, Defect Elimination and Process Characterization

• Process owner to perform on-time detection with data analysis for process yield improvement. Lead the defect elimination and continue improvement action, with problem solving methodology, statistical analysis and integration solution decision.
• Process owner to develop process recipe for BIC UPH, conducting process characterization to define process parameters and boundary.
• Continuous develop in depth assembly process technical knowledge, well understand process capability/tolerance//spec limit/CpK, and utilize key tools PFMEA/QCP/APC/FDC/Alarm on assembly processes Cz/Development/NPI.

• Participate and support Product Roadmap, to enable key process capability and technology development to ensure packaging solution is ready prior 1st Qual Silicon deliver.
• Frequent engagement with equipment and material supplier (at least interval of monthly or daily/weekly for process issues)
• Collaboration with Supplier and involvement Supplier Roadmap (Material/Equipment/OSAT), to understand market trends and competitor’s direction, ensure key process technology and capability enablement is in-line.
