Experiences, Skills and Background

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years relevant maintenance experience in refinery and petrochemical
• Some experience in analyzer equipment is an added advantage
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and CMMS (preferably SAP) data management
• Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant materials and equipment will be an added advantage.
• Experienced in maintenance work control, planning and basic reliability methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Good coordination skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional, multiple disciplines environment.
• Experience in using the SAP system, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint will be an added advantage.
• Able to understand engineering drawings typically used in a petroleum and petrochemical plants such as P&ID, PFD, General Arrangement Drawing and Cross Section Drawings.

• Experience in working with large datasets with statistical analysis
• Capability to identify and troubleshoot potential Business issues
• Experience in Data Science/Machine Learning
• Familiarity with a broad set of modeling techniques: aptitude in mathematics, probability, algorithms, experimentation methods, hypothesis testing
• Hands-on programming/implementation ability in R/Python/Java, NO-SQL DBs
• Knowledge of Big Data Tools: Real-Time streaming engines, Messaging Queues, Hadoop, PySpark (added advantage)
• Ability to write production-level code and experience pushing machine learning models to production

The Essentials:

• 5 years of experience building data science models (Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means, ensemble models, Neural Network, etc.)
• 2 years of hands-on experience with commercial applications of machine learning
• Hands-on experience with Text mining and Computer vision techniques

Responsibilities:

• Designing, manufacturing, and installing components that fulfil requirements
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them

• Creating plans and designs using CAD technology

• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project

• Liaison with vendors on finalization of modules
• Responsible for mechanical documentation

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mechatronics)
• Experience working in the mechanical engineering field
• Superior computer skills, with solid experience in CAD, CAM, and Matlab/LabView programs
• Ability to run simulations and analyse test data
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive technical documentation
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• About 2 years field technical experience in Semiconductor environment. Other industrial with good equipment knowledge is welcome
• Experience in troubleshooting of PC base fully automatic equipment in semiconductor and other industrial
• Good knowledge on equipment control and troubleshooting method/skill.
• Good knowledge in die bonder application and process will be an advantage.
