Why we need you:

As the Financial Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for building, evaluating and managing Airwallex’s key financial partnerships with the goal to deepen Airwallex’s product capabilities in the region, as well as enable Airwallex to launch in new markets. What will I be doing?

Job description

Your responsibilities as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager

Ramboll is part of an EPC project, where we are working as engineering contractor for the EPC contractor located in Singapore. The Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager will act as a representative for the engineering contractor during execution at their fabrication yard in the north of Singapore, during the fabrication of an offshore substation topside.

In your role as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager, your focus will be to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the LV & MV Electrical systems and electrical control systems portion of the mechanical systems adheres to the technical requirements and the design already developed by the engineering contractor. As such, it will be your responsibility to follow up on progress, site queries non-conformance, SAT and commissioning activities and facilitate minor adjustment as needed and daily technical clarifications. In doing so, you shall collaborate closely with representatives from the EPC contractor, the engineering contractor (your back office), Suppliers and other disciplines and representatives from the client as required.

• Relocate to the fabrication yard and provide reliable information to the project manager regarding significant technical issues, particularly risks.
• Shall be integrated into the EPC engineering team.
• Collaborate closely with the fabrication yard representatives, the engineering design office, client’s home office and other discipline representatives at the fabrication yard.
• Where required, liaise and coordinate Electrical tasks with Suppliers, EPC Contractor and other disciplines.
• Trouble shooting / solution finding during fabrication.
• Propose a solution, including supporting documentation, to any design issues, flaws, or gaps in the contract requirements. These shall be agreed upon with Company before implementation.
• Coordinate electrical engineering tasks as needed during execution.
• Review costs for change orders, and progress claims when required.
• Follow up on progress and evaluate / oversee quality from the EPC contractor.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders on technical solutions to ensure the best solution and in the client’s best interest.

You and your competencies

You must have a result-oriented, proactive and systematic approach to your work. You enjoy working both independently and together with co-workers, from both the engineering team and the EPC team thus experience in both design and installation/commissioning is preferred. You will engage with multiple stakeholders during the execution, thus teamwork is essential to achieve results.

Your competencies:

• Have a diploma or master’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
• Have extensive experience in electrical offshore engineering – preferably with offshore substation design and installation/commissioning – with a minimum of 10 years of experience combined with managing of complex engineering tasks.
• Comprehensive understanding of offshore OSS design standards and codes is preferred (e.g., DNV-ST-0145)

Associate Manager, Global Demand Planning

What you’ll do?

• To be the Central Gatekeeper of Marketing Efficiency - work with Finance and Corporate Planning team on the company-wide budget planning and review process, monitor and evaluate the performance of key markets and marketing channels, and ensure overall marketing efficiency is achieved vs company targets
• To drive Company Mega-campaigns at a Global Scale - manage the global campaigns by working closely with key stakeholders (e.g. local marketing, brand and comms, platform team, supply vertical teams). Key responsibilities are ensuring project progress / spend / forecast is on track, timeline, performance reporting.
• To Enhance Communication and Collaboration across MKT teams - be the main point of contact for local marketing and central marketing teams, facilitate discussions on cross teams topics by running regular performance review meetings, and draw insights and actionable outcome from regular reporting
• To improve Process Efficiency and Control - to review the existing operational processes / procedures within the Demand BU, identify potential improvement areas, execute the proposed changes, monitor the results and gather learnings. (e.g. Marketing toolkit, admin portal)
• To drive and grow potential business opportunities - be accountable for overall project management, build out foundations for consumer projects (e.g. e-Gift Cards, buy-now-pay-later), evaluate pilot results / document learnings, scale up e.g. expand to other markets when opportunities arise.

What you’ll need?

• 4-6 years experience preferably in industries like tech startups, consulting or ecommerce (i.e. fast paced environment)
• Strong change management skills with track records of cross-departmental projects & ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders well.
• Experience in Marketing, and/or process design and optimisation is preferred
• Strong analytical skills. Excel proficiency is highly preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Eager to work in small team and fast-paced environments
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
• Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
• Bachelor's degree or above
