1. Job Description

• Supervise, evaluate and implement the company’s policies for all E&P activities in homes/centre and ensure all activities are in accordance with the organisation’s needs and requirements.

• Develop and control deadlines including preparation and monitoring of the departmental budget and calendar of events for E&P.
• Source for available governmental and non-governmental grants and aim to maximise ROI.
• Prepare reports and assess activity performances for higher management review and approval.
• Support all PERTAPIS programmes and activities; and perform any other duties assigned by the management as and when required.

This role is part of the ‘People Partnering team’ as part of the PPC organization.

People Partnering organization covers HR / People /Business partnering and also local operations that includes employee relations, benefits, policies and execution. The partnering organization is responsible for developing and deploying the people & culture agenda in line with the company strategic direction. The operations organization serves as a backbone to enable the partners and the business in providing relevant solutions on people processes respecting geographical and site nuances.

Key collaborators include the APAC Market group leadership team, APAC leaders, ELT people partners, Singapore Hub leadership team. Manager, Employee Relations as a position is critical to ensure consistency in flawless execution of people processes within APAC. As part of the partnering and operations team, it’s a significant role that supports consistent execution and understanding of employee relations in All APAC markets with a main focus on Singapore.

It’s a substantial role in building the right practices and fundamentals across APAC.

Do you have what it takes:

• 5-8 years of experience in a Site HR role (driving similar responsibilities as above)
• Understanding of APAC Market labour market (Priority focus on Singapore, Australia/ NZ)
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal
• Very strong collaborator management & collaborative influencing
• Experience in D&I work, Employee engagement, Organisational change will be a plus

Audit Assistant Manager/ Audit Manager | Up to $6000 basic | Central

Responsibilities:

The Audit Manager manages a portfolio of engagements which includes client acceptance, engagement planning, execution and finalization of an audit engagement. He/She is fully accountable for the audit engagement and ensures that the engagement progress against budget and timeline is closely monitored. He/She also serves to develop and maintain long-term client relationships and value-add to the audit firm by identifying new business development opportunities.

The Audit Manager review and provides key technical expertise to ensure the quality of audit work performed is in compliance with professional standards and requirements.
