• Work closely with events vendor to come up with practical and useful gifts for incentive trips.

Job Requirements

• Education: Degree qualification in related field.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in events planning.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both spoken and written English.

• Sense of Ownership - Self-motivated to take ownership of various projects and advance work.

• Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking - You can efficiently manage multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and attention to details in all deliverables.

• A hands-on person - One who enjoys rolling up your sleeves for pre-event logistics planning, onsite execution of events.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams. Advance skillsets like vlookup, pivot table and macros are a plus for post event project reconciliation.
