Main responsibilities

• Application deployment and level 1&2 support during SIT, UAT and production implementation for the core banking system of the bank (for Asia, Europe, Middle East and Africa).
• Follow UAT issues and enquiries from business users until their appropriate closure (incident communication, root cause analysis and permanent resolution).
• Engagement with development teams on a regular basis. Appropriate escalation of critical queries.
• Monitoring of batches to ensure that any incident is solved in a timely manner.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and improve DevOps tools.

THE ROLE

This role requires excellent time and project management and can work well under tight timelines. 1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.
