Within the group the area “Global Network, Solution Design & Product Development” is responsible for supporting the top customers in their solution strategy & commercial offers, driving & enhance the product portfolio, supporting on network design & consulting projects as well as defining the global standard in the respective area.

The role

The purpose of this role is centred around:

• Continuous improvement of contract logistics’ products and standard solutions
• Optimization of service delivery by applying standard solutions with downstream functions
• Pre-sales support to commercial & BD teams to delivery profitable growth

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, ideation, and co-creation of new customer offers, which become part of our high value industrial offering.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external organizations to identify, pilot and scale product assets to increase our service level and quality.
• Provide product consulting expertise to top customer teams, global and regional commercial teams to support top line growth.
• Work closely with product strategy & insights to refine product portfolio and evaluate effectiveness of the “live” industry offerings.

Your profile

• Very good knowledge of supply chain operations and distribution setup within Hi-Tech, consumer retail and Healthcare industries.
• Experienced in product development, product management lifecycle and vendor management.
• Experienced in launching new products and taking them to the market with commercial teams.
• Experienced in agile project management (agile, scrum, PMP certification desired).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization across many different cultures and countries.
• Ability to travel abroad frequently.
• Ability to set own agenda and work under own initiative.

This is a 12-month contract Contigent Workforce, 100% work-from-home role.

This role will be focused on the functional scope of workforce management and risk management. Providing support on vendor operational and risk process audits, workforce management administration, and vendor adherence to the agreed KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the vendor adherence to service level agreements for the outsourced sales operations.
• Collaborate with vendor workforce management POC at the vendor sites to ensure the implementation and compliance to established KPIs (key performance indicators).
• Develop and maintain regional workforce management KPI reporting for senior management.
• Maintain a log on vendor operations exposure to risk and share findings with regional Sales Productivity PMs.
• Conduct operational process audits and ensure closure of the corrective actions required at the vendor level.
• Identify and provide feedback on bottoms-up tool and workforce management process efficiency gains with analytical perspective.

Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in vendor operations, change management or operational process improvement role.
• Must be good with managing and understanding the data (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI).

Job Description

• Initiate for our Product Solutions business growth focusing on sushi & IIoT related solutions
• Formulate & implement product strategy; execute the business plan & support sales to achieve sales budget and mid-term plan
• Support regional offices for expanding the product business through competencies including market penetration, competitor analysis, conducting seminars, workshops & exhibitions
• Engage with 3rd party supplier/SI for turnkey solution and pricing optimization
• Address Techno-commercial product/application-related queries, provide training on the product & feedback market trend/intelligence with HQ
• Support and supervise LCO team to propose & deliver package solution (Sushi package projects including 3rd party gateway, application software On-premise/cloud etc)
• Engage & liaise with LCO team & provide necessary project implementation support (either on-site o remotely) to achieve project milestones inline with the project schedule
• Support on ProSol products packaging to develop viable solution jointly with intra & inter department/division to meet Customer requirements/applications

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Communication/Networking/IT/Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in handling products business or managing projects for process industries
• Basic application knowledge in industries as Refining/ Petrochemical/Power/Oil & Gas etc
• Willing to travel in Southeast Asia region including short term stay at customer locations to oversee project implementation
• Basic understanding and experience on Digital communications, IIoT, Field instruments
• Knowledge on various solutions used in industry and commercial. Basic info on telecom & networking is desirable
• Good presentation skills and networking capabilities
• Exposure to sales pursuit experience or implementation of projects with multiple products or 3rd party items packages for industries
