Job Overview:

Part of CFS’s Technology and Transformation team, the role holder is integral to CFS transformation efforts in working on key initiatives to drive digitisation and data analytic capabilities aligned with CFS’s business growth.

As CFS embarks on its digitation effort, the Product owner is a key contributor to drive and support CFS’s transformation initiatives such as Donor Portal and Data Analytics which are strategic outcomes aligned to CFS multiyear transformation roadmap.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The DAM Product Owner will advocate best practices as they define governance standards and processes during the initial phase of the DAM setup
• They will be responsible for setting up the data model and owning its taxonomy, metadata schema, and information architecture of the system
• They will ensure assets are categorized correctly within DAM and across related systems
• They will be responsible for establishing asset naming conventions using industry best practices and defining processes for tagging assets to be used in digital formats

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Together with the Senior Brand Manager, this role will oversee, orchestrate and execute the brand’s product planning and retail execution, creating a consistent and engaging brand experience that is consumer focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel & Retail Marketing

• Be the key marketing liaison - Develop and implement a go-to-market channel marketing plan including promotion, animation, communication, partnerships and consumer activations.
