• Play a key role in managing service parts inventory to ensure optimal availability.
• Maintain a balanced inventory aligned with service requirements and targets, ensuring efficiency.
• Assist in forecasting and ordering inventory to support ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely stock-up of parts for new models.
• Regularly update and maintain competitive pricing for spare parts.
• Process orders from parts distributors promptly to meet demand.
• Provide support to the technical team and service partners regarding spare parts, including processing warranty claims and delivering weekly updates on parts shortages.
• Manage the return of defective parts and main units efficiently.
• Oversee demo unit operations, ensuring quarterly write-offs and disposals are executed, and conduct regular stock checks.

Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in parts management and forecasting, particularly with small item SKUs, is preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing large datasets.
