TÜV SÜD Global Marketing is looking for a proactive team player to join our core team. The candidate is expected to understand needs of different business units and markets, partnering with different stakeholders, and developing marketing plans and activities to meet the business goals, in line with the global strategy. The candidate will execute these plans across key focus markets of the business lines; working closely with campaign specialists to drive market activation and campaign effectiveness. This is a hands-on role with growth opportunities in strategic marketing, content development and campaign optimization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic marketing: Work closely with the business units to develop the global marketing strategy for key industry segments; leveraging insights and analytics to develop actionable marketing plans and customer segments.
· Stakeholder management: Ensure high level of stakeholder engagement, collaborating with Heads of Division, Business Units, and other functions within the organization to deliver on marketing objectives.
· Interlock with regions: act as the interface between Headquarters and the different Center of Marketing Excellence (CoMEs) to localize and maximize the performance of marketing campaigns.
· Content strategy and plan: Develop content strategy for specific business segments; creating relevant, effective, and actionable plans, in line with the business needs and market potential.
· Product positioning: Lead the development of the value proposition and buyer persona of specific products; cascading to the markets to ensure a unified product positioning globally.
· Content creation: Work closely with experts and the markets to create and curate high quality and engaging content.
· Marketing effectiveness: Work closely with the campaign specialists to execute, measure and optimize campaigns; demonstrating the impact of marketing activities on strategic topics and business objectives.
· Market and industry insights: Understand the industry market trends, business drivers, customer behaviour and how the TÜV SÜD solutions can address customer challenges.
Key Requirements:
· Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, or a related discipline with 3 - 5 years of B2B experience in medical testing / microbiology environment.
· Additionally, possessing a degree (even as a minor) in microbiology studies is highly valued.
· Strong understanding of the medical testing market.
· Skills in marketing strategies, content marketing, search (organic and paid), social media and other digital media channels.
· Digital and technology savvy; experience in website content management systems (Sitecore), marketing automation (Marketo), CRM tools, social media management (Sprinklr), and Adobe Analytics is advantageous.
· Strong, professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English.
· Experienced with working in a multinational environment and managing stakeholders of different levels.
