The Sourcing Specialist is responsible to implement sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the sourcing activities related to their assigned portfolio to maximize supplier performance (cost, quality, lead time) and support the business plan

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Comply with company and local procedures applicable to the job function.
• Work closely with Sourcing Manager or Sourcing Leader to guarantee supply for portfolios.

As an e2i Principal Specialist, you will be part of the team to create an impact on the employment and employability of jobseekers and working people through the creation, development and delivery of integrated employment solutions via various outreach initiatives, and collaborations with partners to promote e2i’s career services to individuals. You will assist the Team Lead to enhance the employment and employability of workers through the following:

• Coach jobseekers to achieve their goals, e.g. to be placed in jobs, and help jobseekers to be job ready.
• Work with both internal and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the career centre.
• Plan and implement outreach initiatives to promote e2i’s career services for individuals.
