The role

You will be responsible for supporting our Product Development team with the development of our samples from sampling up to pre-production stages across all our Business Lines. You will play a pivotal role in all aspects of the development process from design concepts to prototypes and final product assortment, and work cross functionally with the Fashion & Print Design, Technical, Production & Commercial teams within Love, Bonito. You will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

This role will report directly into our Lead Product Developer.

Main responsibilities

Fitting Operations

• Coordinate fit sessions between Designers, Product Developers and our Fit Models
• Coordinate interns to make sure that sample packages are properly unpacked, logged in, ironed and organised before each fit session
• Support fitting operations - checking measurements and taking photos during fittings
• Organise Fit Model casting sessions
• Support Designers and Product Developers with taking down fit comments during a fit session

Sample Development

• Accurately measure and log garment measurements at each sample stage
• Flag up any initial fit issues based on measurements
• Attend fittings to familiarize yourself with fit and fabric aspects of a garment, to understand how they affect cost and timelines
• Execute and translate fit comments in a timely manner to ensure sample development stays in line with overall timelines
• Support Product Developers with their communications between Designers and Commercial Team on ongoing topics, such as fabric changes and cost issues
• Support Product Developers with day to day supplier queries
• Coordinate sample development between Design Team and Sample Room
• Track and manage sampling timelines with respective suppliers

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in the apparel industry
• Diploma in Fashion Apparel or relevant textile / clothing experience acquired in manufacturing
• Proficient in all technical aspects of garment-making and fitting
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills as well as the ability to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Mandarin is necessary for this role as you will need to be able to communicate effectively to our overseas suppliers where the bulk of our production and development is conducted. This includes sourcing for materials, explaining concepts and ideas, as well as negotiating design and cost constraints to problem solve together with our Chinese manufacturers.

Position Purpose:

This role as Product Executive will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. Main objective of the position

In this role, the POSM Procurement Specialist will be part of a vibrant LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore Logistics Team who is responsible for the success of the downstream supply chain. In this role, she/he will have the opportunity to be fully immersed in the on-the-ground operations critical to order fulfilment and be given the responsibility to tackle dynamic POSM procurement issues that would elevate critical and creative thinking.

Internally, the POSM Procurement Specialist works closely with HQ Purchasing & Procurement teams based in France, Supply Planners, Customer Service, Inventory and Logistics teams based in Singapore to consolidate information, coordinate, and align actions, challenge the different parties, and raise alerts whenever necessary. She/He reports to the Product Configuration Assistant Manager.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Be responsible for the sourcing, procurement, integration of the new articles in our system and stock management to ensure product availability

• Set up and update master data required for production in our ERP
• Follow the process of new product launch with HQ
• Launch and track orders according to agreed lead time with our Asians suppliers.
• Manage the relationship with the suppliers and negotiate with them to get products on time (advancement or postponement)
• Act as a liaison between HQ purchasing and procurement teams and suppliers to ensure worldwide consistency of orders

1. Guarantee an optimum level of service to the markets for Merchandising references

• Communicate needs projection to suppliers on a monthly basis
• Analyze reporting alerts and launch corrective actions
• Escalate accurate and timely information to Supply Planning regarding availability or risks
• Manage changes in requirements (in collaboration with the Business Demand Manager in Singapore to get feedback on market requirements)

1. Carry out continuous improvement actions

Job Summary

The Scheme Compliance Technical Specialist is responsible for ensuring the Spend Ops team’s technical and operational compliance with Visa and Mastercard scheme requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance, implementing technical solutions to meet scheme standards, conducting audits, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements specific to payment card industry schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard regulations, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Visa and Mastercard scheme requirements, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical compliance policies and procedures.
     

• Technical Implementation:

  • Work with development teams to ensure that systems and applications meet Visa and Mastercard compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to the implementation of technical controls to comply with scheme standards.

  • Perform regular assessments of systems to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
     

• Audits and Assessments:

  • Contribute to internal audits of technical systems to ensure adherence to Visa and Mastercard compliance standards.

  • Prepare for and facilitate external audits and assessments, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.

  • Identify and address compliance risks and gaps, providing recommendations for remediation.
     

• Training and Communication:

  • Support the development and delivery of training on Visa and Mastercard compliance requirements.

  • Communicate compliance policies, updates, and changes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to departments and teams on compliance-related issues.
     

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and assessments related to Visa and Mastercard schemes.

  • Prepare detailed reports on compliance status, issues, and actions taken.

  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of compliance reports to Visa, Mastercard, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
     

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about changes in Visa and Mastercard scheme requirements and industry standards.

  • Recommend and implement improvements to compliance programs and technical processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business operations and system designs.

• Engage in daily meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up with cross-functional teams.
• Support partnership conversations, maintain documentation, and facilitate effective communication and relationships with external partners.
• Foster close internal collaboration with the product, marketing, and design teams.
• Track market trends and categorize useful information daily.
• Collect and follow up on project information under guidance.
• Using data driven decisions to Identify high-quality channels and help connect the team with KOLs,PR channels, projects, etc.
• Assist in handling unexpected situations, including communicating with external stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring effective information transfer across different parties.
• Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by the team leader.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that can fulfil the below Mission over the next 12 months.

To do this, you will have a minimum of 3 years experience as PM of an Accounting product, and ideally experience as a PM in a startup.

You will most likely be located in Singapore or India.
