Job Scope:

As a Personal Strategy Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals toward financial objectives. Your responsibilities include developing strategic plans, staying updated on industry dynamics, and building lasting client relationships.

• Provide maintenance for all production machines / equipment in our factory.
• Assess and analyse current production methods, develop and draft improvements for the production process.
• Design development plans to increase the speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality of poultry products.

• Diagnose origin of machines / equipment breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems.

• Inspect and maintain all machines / equipment and prepare weekly maintenance report for the management.

Production Planning

• Develop, implement and maintain relevant quality procedures in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) and client requirements as needed.
• Ensure compliance to internal and external management systems.
• Conduct audit processes internally and at suppliers, including planning, preparation, execution, reporting results, and remedial work plans.
• Develop and implement internal Quality Control Plans (QCP) including customer- and project specific QCPs. Participate in design reviews and criticality assessments of processes as input to QCP development.
• Verify and ensure quality requirements are met before release of product for shipment
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans internally and with suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering with minimum 1 to 3 of relevant experience
• Good to have relevant combined manufacturing engineering and quality function experience
• Relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry will clearly be a plus
• Experience in handling failure investigations and ISO and API audits will be beneficial
• Familiar with CNC machines, leading process improvements, handling capex projects
• Understanding of lean six sigma methodologies will be beneficial

• Responsible for overall coordination of all activities of the repair/new build projects to achieve timely completion, in line with occupational health and safety, environment, quality, productivity and commercial aspects.
• Effective delegation and control of resources for optimum productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, regulatory, company, quality, environment, occupational health and safety standards and procedures.
• Plan, implement, and demonstrate continual improvement in occupational health and safety, quality, environment and productivity.
• Liaison and coordination with regulatory bodies, clients, consultants, contractors, and internally within the company to satisfy their needs within commercial controls.
• Ensure company and project milestones, and commercial controls are achieved by effective planning, logistics, and execution.
• Comprehensive inputs to Planning department, not limited to equipment, materials, processes, activities, manpower, and ownership of project plan.
• Identify bottlenecks, highlight possible delays in advance, propose and execute corrective and preventive actions.
• Control and monitoring of variation orders, and coordination with Corporate Department (Office).
• Knowledge of shipyard production trade activities.
• Good leadership and communication skills in Mandarin and English.
