The Student Recruitment Team supports students’ success and enhances the overall quality of the language learning experience for students. The individual must provide professional student sales & administration support to follow up with students on different language programs. The individual should be independent in overseeing the Centre's operations and operational challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the professional execution of student recruitment & admin support activities.
• Work closely with the marketing team on marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Report to Centre Directors for all admin and other operations matters
• To deliver a high level of quality service to our students.
• Plan and participate in activities to meet SkillsFuture T&Cs.
• Establish a professional working and consultative relationship with students.
• Complete required administrative & coordination tasks by ensuring communications, schedules, and customer records are accurately maintained

Job Requirements

• Candidates with any diploma qualification in any field are welcome to apply.

• Five days work schedule with one day off on weekdays & one day off on weekend
• Exhibit effective and timely written and oral communication skills. Required language(s): Chinese, English (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients and associates )

We understand learning the way you need it

• Willing to work in shifts to provide 24/7,on-call, holiday and weekend support.
• Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
• Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.
• Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.
• Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.
• Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.
• At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java,Spring-boot, Microservices.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience,preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.
• At least 2-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.
• Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows scripting.
• Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.
• Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.
• Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

Mandatory Skills :-

Unix, Windows, SQL, Java Support Experience, Programming on any language, incident and change management

Shift timing

1. 7am to 4pm
2. Need to support on weekends
3. Sat 10pm to 6am
4. Sunday: 6am to 3pm
5. There may be times to be called during off- working hours during the weekday to provide on call support for production issues.
