【Responsibilities】
- Develop new clients through innovative business development methods, such as cold and warm calling, digital and in-person networking events, webinars, etc.
- Establish and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, with a strong focus on relationship-building and demonstrating the value of our recruitment services.
- Track market activity and industry trends to identify potential clients and understand the competitive landscape.
- Build and nurture close partnerships with existing clients to fully understand their organizational culture, specific hiring requirements, and recruitment challenges.
- Advertise and search for candidates, working closely with CA to proactively source quality candidates through various job portals (Jobstreet, Linkedin, etc.)
- Screen resumes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for our client.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between clients and candidates
- Conduct continuous research and stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, salary benchmarking, and market demands to add value to client interactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recruitment insights and market intelligence to assist clients in making informed hiring decisions.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and client relationship management (CRM) tools, ensuring all candidate and client interactions are documented.
【What you will receive】
- Uncapped Monthly Commission
- Flexible Working Hours: Start between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm, with an 8-hour workday (excluding lunch break)
- Variable Bonus (Based on company and individual performance)
- Annual Leave: 14 days (18 days 3rd year onwards)
- Medical Leave: 14 days
- Flexible Benefit Allowance: $500 per year

【Requirements】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma holders in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or Business studies
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Singapore
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset, understanding and responding effectively to client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing client needs and market dynamics, with a willingness to continuously learn and grow.
- Willingness to take the CEI Certification (Basic) examination and pass the exam before joining
(Advantageous)
- Possessing a CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred
- 2 years of sales experience within the Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR industry
- Knowledge of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and local labor market conditions is advantageous.
- Experience working in a Japanese company or high interest in Japanese culture is an added advantage!
