• Take charge and liaise for the Supply Chain, bridging sales and customer service regarding orders and confirm supply

• Identify and resolve supply shortages by work with other related teams/departments.

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business / Supply Chain management or equivalent.

As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in the kitchen delivering consistently high-quality food, handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without authorization are not received.

You must ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

Duties:
