Main duties and supporting responsibilities:

• Responsible for welcoming guests in a courteous and prompt manner and lead them to a prepared table in accordance with outlets' seating procedures.

Position Summary

To collaborate with team and key stakeholders in crafting and executing captivating integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across diverse channels, including digital, social, and events. JOB DESCRIPTION:

a)Support Marketing Strategies

i. Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

c)Digital Marketing Execution

iii. Stay informed about digital marketing trends and contribute to the application of best practices.

d)Content Execution

i. Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant marketing content assets for both traditional and digital marketing channels.

ii. Assist in maintaining consistency in brand messaging across all communication platforms.

iii. Support in community management of social media channels.

e)Event Support

i. Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.

f) Analytics and Reporting Assistance

i. Support in utilizing analytics tools to gather data and contribute to reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.

ii. Assist in making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

g) Team Collaboration

i. Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated efforts in achieving marketing goals

ii. Efficiently manage relationships with agencies and vendors for marketing activities, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

iii. Participate actively in team discussions and contribute ideas for improvement.

h) Operational Excellence Support

i. Help manage allocated budgets with clear trackable deliverables and performance measurements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong grasp of website analyses, digital ad serving tools, and familiarity with digital media consumption habits on platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

● Remotely perform routine inspection of equipment and systems using online software platforms

● Data entry on maintenance finding on google sheets.

● Perform audit check remotely on onsite engineer corrective maintenance activities

● Perform routine maintenance tasks remotely, including software updates, calibration checks and system optimizations.

● Monthly hit individual and team preventive maintenance target

● Collaborate with onsite engineers to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core Operation Functions

• Able to manage large volume of shipping documentations accuracy checking for compliance and audit purpose.

• Ensures complete and accurate switched shipping documents, including vendors' documents, received from bonded provider to be e-filed for purchase and sales recognition (system vs. actual vs. data interface received at accounting, and audit purposes.

• Check accuracy for submissions related to non-trading and payment for Navision invoices received from bonded provider for submission to accounting.

• Ensure Original Navision invoices with authorized signatory are dispatched to the correct parties, where applicable.

• Check accuracy of monthly insurance declaration for submission to accounting.

• Check accuracy of operational freight invoices payable by Singapore within the month, where applicable.

• Ensure correct GST classifications for reporting and confirmation to accounting.

• Communicate and follow-up with relevant parties for monthly overdue accounts payable and accounts receivable status list for payment schedule.

• Manage operational fixed assets status with relevant parties for up-to-date status, and annual report co-ordination.

• Ensure countermeasure and follow-up for operational issues related to payment from bonded provider to eliminate recurrences.

• Study and implement new initiatives/projects as assigned by Manager.

• Open to take on new assignments by Manager.

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Min. Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution or 'A' levels from a recognized tertiary institution
• Min. 4 years of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge in Trade Compliance related, Managing payment invoicing knowledge or experience.
• Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture and nationalities (internal and external)
• Intermediates excel, PowerPoint presentation & reporting
• Ability to travel (mainly ASEAN countries)
