Asian Thoracic Oncology Research Group (ATORG) is the coordinating platform for translational research for thoracic malignancies in Asia. Its mission is to advance medical knowledge of lung cancer and improve health outcomes of patients through clinical studies and scientific events.

Asia Pacific Oncology Drug Development Consortium (APODDC) was formed to foster education and collaboration between key stakeholders of cancer drug development within the Asia Pacific region, thereby improving treatment access to patients. ATORG and APODDC operate centrally under the Clinical Trials and Epidemiological Sciences (CTE) division in National Cancer Centre Singapore.

The Senior / Executive will mainly organise events for ATORG and APODDC . Corporate Communications:

• Generate ideas to elevate the brand while providing assistance to entities to ensure compliance of branding guidelines
• Facilitate and/or review external partners' requests for collaboration and publicity materials with mention of MINDS.
• Produce corporate publications including but not limited to corporate brochures, annual reports, newsletters and videos and ensure any necessary information is circulated to MINDS staff in a timely manner.

Events & Initiatives

• Develop and execute public education initiatives to raise public awareness of MINDS mission and service offerings, house brand products, through events, presentations, tours, exhibitions etc.
• Identify event and content partnership opportunities.
• Obtain stories from MINDS entities.

Media Management

• Manage publicity for corporate events, including writing press releases, updating media materials and on-site media management
• Manage media queries and requests, including drafting media statements and responses
• Cultivate good relationships with the media and influencers to build goodwill.

Social Media and Influence

• Initiate and expand MINDS social media influence and engagement, through new channels, content creation, etc.
• Ensure MINDS' social media platforms are maintained and maximised for engagement and storytelling, through development of social media content calendar, etc
• Manage social media analysis and measurement of outreach success/outcomes.

Website Management

• Manage website content on WordPress, ensuring information relayed to the public is updated and accurate. Tasks including but not limited to creation of new pages, update existing pages/content, copy editing.

• Degree in Mass Communications/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ or relevant subjects

• At least 2 years of work experience in communications, marketing, content creation; with good grasp of written, editorial and oral communications

• An eye for photography and graphic design

Job Description

You will be part of the Client Relationship team, providing both Sales and Administration support including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of Direct Corporate Clients OR Insurers Clients
• Key accountability is client retention and upselling /business growth
• Job Responsibilities includes:
• Receive and respond to Client/Insurers/Brokers enquiries
• Attend meetings (face to facec/e-meet) with clients OR insurer/broker depending on the channel
• Lead regular (quarterly /monthly / weekly) meetings with key clients or insurer & brokers
• Handle renewal RFPs /tenders for accounts being managed
• Conduct communication sessions and sales pitches to existing and prospective clients
• Lead CRM monthly meeting including sending out series of invite, sending the collated SLA decks (claims, contact centre, panel utilisation) to the insurers, as well as minutes of meeting and to facilitate the meeting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, resolution and perform service recovery where required.
• Contract for new/renewals business and services setup, and upsell of services
• Drive sales, develop pipeline, create opportunities & regular account review
• Develop new business from existing clients by cross-selling other range of our service offerings
• Build strong relationships with existing client and actively identify upsell and referral opportunities within our existing customer base
• Preparation of documentations, health screening packages quotations, service agreements
• Assist with audit requirements and due diligence by Clients/Insurers with our internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with Wellness Team for onsite health services arrangements
• Liaise with MHC Medical Centre team on health services administrative setup and troubleshooting of issues
• Data entry and maintenance of corporate client/ insurer database
• Preparation of monthly/ ad-hoc Client/Insurer reporting requirements
• Support the department in administrative duties such as document sorting and filing
• Assist with Client/Insurers follow-ups on accounts receivables where required.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks where required.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Sales or a related field
• Experienced working in Life Insurance or General Insurance
• Experience in Employee Benefits / Corporate Solutions is required
• Experience in serving insurer will be an added advantage
• At least 5- 8 years of relevant experience or working experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and extensive cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict effectively with excellent interpersonal skills
